1857 Spirits Barber's Farm Distillery
Starting in 1857, the Barber family farmed the heart of Schoharie Valley, known as The Breadbasket of the Revolutionary War. Six generations later they are still going strong. Barber's Farm Distillery produces exceptional vodka with ingredients not available to any other distillery. They use only potatoes and water from their land to create 1857 Vodka. They are proud to be a Hand Crafted New York State Distiller and part of The Taste of New York. The Barber’s Family Farm’s road stand is open year-round and adjacent to it is the tasting room which is open from Mother’s Day to Christmas. We encourage you to visit.
